QuoteIQ bundles estimating, invoicing, scheduling, online payments, a customer record and a set of AI assistants into one app for home-service businesses, and it markets itself hardest to exterior-cleaning, chimney and detailing trades. We have verified its public pricing and documentation and have not started workflow testing, so this page says what QuoteIQ documents, what that implies for a buyer, and where its own pages leave a question open. It assigns no score and no recommendation.

- Best documented fit
- A solo operator or small team that values a low base price with quoting, invoicing, scheduling and payments built in, adds users at the published per-user rate, and is comfortable upgrading whole plans as feature or AI-credit needs grow.
- Main documented trade-off
- Dispatching, routing, the customer self-quoting and self-booking tools and the team tools begin on the fourth plan, Elite, three plans above the entry price; workflow automation and the QuickBooks integration begin on the third, Pro; and the payment processing rates are not published.
- Starting price
- US$29.99/month for 1 user on the Essentials plan, month-to-month; US$25/month effective when a year is paid upfront. All prices in USD. Before applicable sales tax. Prices checked .

What the published plan matrix suggests
Editorial assessment Read as a plan matrix, QuoteIQ is built for a solo operator or a two-person business that wants the request-to-payment workflow and the AI assistants without a plan wall, and its trade-offs are plan gates rather than missing features: Essentials includes one user, and since October 5, 2026 every plan adds users at $25 per additional user/month, up to 100, where the vendor’s answer used to be the next plan; photo reports begin at Beginner; workflow automation, job costing, the QuickBooks integration and the client portal begin at Pro; dispatching, routing, the customer self-quoting and self-booking tools and the team tools begin at Elite; and the largest bundle, twenty users with the crew tools, is Max, no longer sold as unlimited. Whether e-signatures begin at Beginner or on the entry plan is something the vendor’s own pages state both ways. One fact a buyer would want before choosing is not published: what a card or bank payment costs through QuoteIQ Payments.
None of this is tested. Our core scenarios have not been run on QuoteIQ, so this page carries no performance finding and no verdict on how the workflows behave in use. We update this assessment when test evidence, comparable alternatives or material plan and pricing changes warrant it.

Prefer to compare costs first? QuoteIQ pricing by plan and team size works out the cheapest plan by head count and by need, and marks what the vendor does not publish.
Testing status
Testing status Not yet tested
QuoteIQ has not yet been through our hands-on workflow testing, and nothing on this page claims otherwise: every finding is labelled by what supports it. A completed test adds evidence documentation cannot provide, such as whether each workflow completes as the plan gates suggest and what limitations appear in use, and this page will carry those results when they exist.
This page carries no workflow finding and no recommendation until the stated scenarios have been completed; how we test software describes them, and the timings and evidence log will live on a dedicated test-results page once runs exist.
Who QuoteIQ fits, and who should compare alternatives
Editorial assessment The two lists are a preliminary fit analysis of what the vendor documents, not a workflow-performance recommendation. The feature facts behind them are vendor-documented, dated and cited on this page; the fit analysis is ours.
Who the documented plans may suit
- You run solo or as a small team on a tight budget. Essentials includes one user and Beginner two, each adds users at the published per-user rate, and both carry estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, invoice subscriptions, automated review requests and the AI receptionist.
- You want the AI tools without a plan wall, and your call volume is small. The AI tools are listed on each plan; what scales with the plan is the monthly credit allotment, and at the vendor’s stated exchange rate the entry allotment is about four call minutes a month if every credit goes to calls. The comparison table and the entry plan’s own page both list AI-generated estimates on the entry plan.
- You document jobs with photos. QuoteIQ Cam photo and inspection reports begin at Beginner, one plan up.
Compare alternatives first if
- You need dispatching, route optimization or the customer self-quoting and self-booking tools below the fourth plan’s price. They begin at Elite. A client-portal self-scheduling row begins at Pro, and the comparison table marks an online-booking row on each plan without describing it.
- Your accounting is not QuickBooks Online. It is the one accounting integration found in the sources we reviewed, and it begins at Pro.
- You need the processing rates before choosing. Card and bank rates appear inside the platform after signup; the pricing FAQ no longer prints a financing fee figure; and platform and dispute fees are named without amounts.
- Your plan choice turns on a detail the vendor’s pages contradict. The seat count of Elite, e-signatures on the entry plan, and support hours are each stated differently by current QuoteIQ pages; confirm them before purchase.
Questions to confirm before buying
These are the points the live-source review left open, either because the vendor’s pages disagree or because no page answers them. The pricing guide’s verification notes quote each conflicting page.
- Which current source controls the seats included with Elite: the pricing page, the terms and the features page say ten, and the Virtual Call Team page says fifteen.
- Are e-signatures included on the entry plan, or only from Beginner up? The comparison table leaves them off the entry plan, the entry plan’s own page includes them, and the e-signatures page’s list of plans omits the entry plan.
- Which plans include automated review requests? The pricing comparison table marks Review Multiplier on each of the five plans, and the features page’s own entry for Essentials agrees, but a summary line on that same features page says they start at Pro.
- How many credits does each AI function consume, and what do extra credits cost? Per-use figures are published for call minutes and for proposal attachments, and the price of extra credits is not published.
- Does your price stay fixed, or can it change? The pricing FAQ markets a Price-Lock Guarantee (your price “stays the same while you stay on your current plan”), and since October 5, 2026 the terms say the same, in the section that still reserves the right to change pricing at any time, effective the next billing cycle; ask the vendor which sentence applies to your subscription.
- What staffed human-support hours apply, as opposed to channel availability? The support page states weekday daytime hours with limited weekend and after-hours support; the pricing FAQ and the contact page advertise 24/7 live support.
- What are the current card, ACH, financing, platform and dispute fees for your account and country?
- What happens to data after cancellation, and what export formats are available?
- How the workflows perform in your own trial: nothing on this page measures that yet.
Pricing in brief
Prices in USD, standard month-to-month, checked October 9, 2026. Before applicable sales tax.
| Plan | Monthly | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $29.99 | 1 |
| Beginner | $99.99 | 2 |
| Pro | $199.99 | 4 |
| Elite | $299.99 | Unconfirmed [1] |
| Max | $699.99 | 20 |
- Elite seat count, unconfirmed: the reviewed vendor pages list either 10 or 15 users (the pricing page, the terms and the features page say 10; the Virtual Call Team page says 15)
Each plan's smallest published configuration; a one-user price is not the cost of adding a user. Annual rates, every configuration, fee statuses and the vendor-page conflicts are in the QuoteIQ pricing guide.
- Beginner: Two users, plus QuoteIQ Cam photo reports, MapMeasure Pro, e-signatures and expense tracking.
- Pro: Four users, plus email and text automation, in-app calling and texting, job costing, the QuickBooks integration and the client portal.
- Elite: Dispatching, route optimization, customer self-quoting and self-scheduling, pipelines, inventory and the EmployeeHub tools; seat count disputed, see the note.
- Max: 20 users, plus the AI website builder included, crew tools, the sales team tracker, priority support and four additional businesses.
Trial: Eligible subscriptions have a 14-day trial of the selected plan. A credit or debit card is required, and the plan becomes paid unless cancelled before the trial ends (pricing FAQ and terms §7). Annual subscriptions bought through special or promotional offers may start billing immediately without a trial; check the offer's terms. The QuoteIQ pricing guide has the full plan matrix, annual commitments, the cost by team size, fees and what the vendor does not publish.
Promising on paper, and the documented limits
The points below describe what QuoteIQ publishes, not how the product performs in use; each is supported by a dated QuoteIQ source, and none is a tested finding.
Promising on paper
- Every plan, including the lowest-priced Essentials tier, bundles estimating, invoicing, scheduling, online payments and a customer database rather than gating the core workflow to higher tiers.
- AI tools are listed on every plan in the pricing comparison table, including AI-generated estimates on the entry plan (its own page agreed on 2026-10-03); what scales with the plan is the monthly credit allotment (500 to 8,000).
- The vendor claims native iOS and Android apps with the same full feature set, with offline capability documented for iOS; not observed in use.
- A first-party outbound webhook API (Elite and Max per the features page) and an inbound API key (Pro and above per the help center) are documented, an integration surface beyond QuickBooks Online.
- No contract and no cancellation fee on monthly billing (pricing FAQ). Additional users are priced on every plan ($25 per user per month, published 2026-10-05). The FAQ and the terms both say an existing subscriber keeps the plan's price while staying on that plan, and the terms still reserve price changes; confirm how that applies to your subscription.
Documented limitations
- Dispatching, route optimization and customer self-service quoting and booking (InstaQuote, InstaSchedule) are gated to Elite and above, unavailable on the three lower tiers.
- QuickBooks Online is the only accounting integration found in the sources reviewed, and it is gated to Pro and above.
- Four of the five plan prices rose on 2026-10-05 (Beginner $74.99 to $99.99 and Pro $149.99 to $199.99 a month, Elite and Max by 99 cents); the vendor's homepage and features page caught up by 2026-10-09, and its Essentials plan page still printed the previous figures that day; confirm the current price at checkout.
- Card and ACH processing rates were not found in the sources reviewed (the payments terms say fees are "displayed within the platform"); no buy-now-pay-later figure is printed any more, and platform and dispute fees are named without amounts.
- The included AI-call allowance is small on the lower plans: at 125 credits per call minute, Essentials' 500 credits are about four minutes a month if every credit goes to calls, and the credits are shared by every AI tool.
- Several current vendor pages describe things differently: the plan prices and Max's seat count (the pricing page and the terms moved on 2026-10-05; the homepage and the features page followed by 2026-10-09; the Essentials plan page had not), Elite's seat count (10 or 15), which plan includes automated review requests (every plan per the comparison table, "Pro" per a features-page summary line), e-signatures on Essentials, support availability, and a still-public pricing-matrix page (myquoteiq.com/pricing-matrix) with a different plan model; the pricing guide quotes each. A buyer has to confirm those details before purchase.
- Photo documentation (QuoteIQ Cam) and job costing are unavailable on the entry-level Essentials plan.

Integrations, mobile and support
Integrations and API. QuickBooks Online is the one accounting integration found in the sources reviewed, beginning at Pro; Google Calendar sync begins at Beginner. The vendor documents an outbound webhook API, which its features page places on Elite and up, and an inbound API key, which its help center places on Pro and up; API access is not something every customer has. A business that runs its books elsewhere should confirm its path before committing.
Automation and AI. Automated review requests are on every plan (from Beginner until October 5, 2026); email and text automation, on-the-way texts and the website contact form begin at Pro; mass text and email campaigns begin at Elite. The AI tools, AI-generated estimates among them, are listed on each plan, and the monthly credit allotment is what a higher plan buys.
Mobile. The vendor claims native iOS and Android apps with the same full feature set, offline capability on iOS, and a browser web app for desktop work such as analytics, pipelines and dispatching. None of that is observed yet: offline behaviour, technician permissions, photo capture and taking payment on site are what the mobile scenarios in our method test.
Support and onboarding. Published channels are phone and text, live chat, a help center and email. Hours are stated two ways: the support page gives weekday daytime hours with limited weekend and after-hours support, while the pricing FAQ and the contact page advertise 24/7 live support. The vendor has not said whether that is channel availability versus staffed hours, so this page prints both statements and no single claim. The top plan names priority support without describing what it changes, and no onboarding program is documented on the pages we read.
Trade fit and alternatives
Not yet verified for chimney sweeps and other trades
QuoteIQ publishes its own pages for chimney, exterior-cleaning and detailing businesses, and they rank QuoteIQ first. Those pages are the vendor’s marketing: they count here as vendor documentation, not as independent evidence of fit. A trade decides software fit by its own workflow, on the trade guides. For a chimney business, none of the following is verified for QuoteIQ yet:
- inspection reports tied to a specific chimney system (QuoteIQ Cam documents inspection reports; how they attach to a property and a system is untested);
- recurring recall cycles configured to the company’s own policy (recurring job scheduling and recurring invoicing are documented; how a recall rule is set up is untested);
- property-level photo history that survives between visits;
- quote construction from surfaces and measurements for exterior cleaning (MapMeasure Pro is documented; its output in a quote is untested);
- seasonal scheduling under concentrated load.
Start with the chimney sweep software requirements guide, or the guides for pressure washing, window cleaning, mobile detailing and painting contractors, each reachable from the trade finder.
Alternatives under research
-
Jobber
- Why compare it
- The first product with recorded runs in our testing; its lowest plan seats one user as QuoteIQ's does, and its published user bundles give a clear cost comparison by team size on the same month-to-month basis.
- Testing status
- Core testing closed: 15 of 18 core scenarios complete (latest test September 9, 2026; testing closed September 10, 2026)
-
Housecall Pro
- Why compare it
- Another broad field-service platform to compare, with an advertised card rate and a stated bank-payment rate where QuoteIQ publishes neither; pricing researched from first-party sources, testing not started.
- Testing status
- Testing in progress: 11 of 18 core scenarios complete (latest test October 12, 2026)
No comparative verdict yet: plan and price comparisons use dated documentation, a performance comparison needs comparable hands-on evidence for the workflows that decide it, and a less-tested product is not a worse one.

Method and sources
How we test and rank software explains the evidence rules this page follows: what counts as a hands-on finding, how vendor documentation is labelled, and when a ranked order may be published. QuoteIQ’s terms permit automated access only through its documented API and prohibit it against the interface, so interface scenarios will be driven by a person at the keyboard and API scenarios scripted where the API covers them. No test record exists yet; the evidence page for this review is created when the first admissible run is on file. Pricing, fee and billing sources and the conflict log are on the QuoteIQ pricing guide; the sources below support the product, plan, integration and support claims on this page.
